Rescue 62 is a 2005 Ford 450 Type 6, 4x4 mini-pumper. It has a Mallory designed bed with a 250 gal tank, and a 120 gpm pump. It has 500 feet of 3” supply line and two 150’ 1¾” pre-connected cross lays. This truck is housed in Oceanside and is the do all truck for responders to the Oceanside station. It is equipped to run medical calls and is hydrant capable so it can be use on all types of fires for exposure protection and brush fire control. As well as be used as a utility vehicle for general purpose use in Oceanside. Updated to be beach accessible.
