We serve a full time population of 1100 people with summertime populations that can fluctuate to three or four times that. The District provides fire, EMS (non-transport), rope, and water rescue services to the district as well as numerous other emergency and non-emergency services to the community.

Netarts-Oceanside is the combination of two small unincorporated communities on the North Oregon coast in Tillamook County, six miles west of the city of Tillamook. A very picturesque community bordered on three sides with forest land and State park, with the Netarts Bay and the Pacific Ocean to the west.
